Unfortunately you cannot amend or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure you check your order before placing it.

We do not currently offer a collection service. Your only way to receive an order will be via post.

Delivery timescales will vary depending on the delivery option you pick:

• Express delivery usually arrives between 1-3 working days once dispatched.
• Standard delivery usually arrives between 2-5 working once dispatched.
• Special (Guaranteed) Next Day delivery will arrive before 1pm the next working day

Yes. Gift wrapping is available at an additional cost. You should be able to add gift wrapping within each product page or at checkout. If you cannot see this option, please get in touch via email.
